This is a VFX compositing move, not a scene regeneration. You take a clip where your character is clearly visible, drop it into Seedance 2.5, and treat the original footage as an immutable live-action backplate. The prompt locks the camera, performance, lighting, and environment exactly as recorded, then layers a fully original crimson-and-graphite mechanical suit that assembles directly onto the moving body. The result reads like your raw clip was opened in a pro compositing suite and a match-moved robot layer was painted on — nothing else changes.

Seedance 2.5 Prompt — Iron Transformation
Use attached **Video 1 as an IMMUTABLE LIVE-ACTION BACKPLATE**. This is a **VFX compositing task, NOT a video recreation or scene generation task.** ### HIGHEST-PRIORITY RULE — DO NOT REGENERATE VIDEO 1 Every original frame of Video 1 must remain visually identical to the source. **DO NOT regenerate, reinterpret, restyle, enhance, reconstruct, reshoot, stabilize, reframe, relight, or modify the source footage.** Use the original pixels of Video 1 as the background plate. The ONLY permitted modification is a **CGI mechanical assembly effect attached directly to the existing character.** Everything outside the character's transformation area must remain **pixel-consistent with Video 1**. ### CAMERA — COPY SOURCE EXACTLY The output camera is not a newly generated camera. It is **the camera already recorded in Video 1**. Maintain the exact original: camera trajectory, position, rotation, direction, speed, acceleration, timing, framing, crop, perspective, focal length, lens distortion, handheld shake, stabilization, focus changes, depth of field, exposure behavior and motion blur. **ZERO new camera movement.** Do not stabilize the footage. Do not change framing. ### CHARACTER PERFORMANCE LOCK The existing character must also retain the **exact motion already recorded in Video 1**. Do not regenerate his performance. Do not change his: pose, walking cycle, gestures, head movement, hand movement, body rotation, timing, speed, position, scale or interaction with the room. Think of the original character as providing **locked motion-capture data** for the CGI transformation. The robotic assembly must conform to his existing body and follow his original motion frame-for-frame. ### CGI ASSEMBLY ONLY Apply a high-end mechanical CGI assembly **directly over the existing moving character**. The transformation begins while his original performance continues completely unchanged. Dark graphite mechanical structures appear tightly against the character's existing body surface. Small mechanical components deploy locally from the transformation area. Precision mechanical rails extend along the torso and limbs. Compact red and black armor components: **unfold → rotate → extend → slide a few centimeters → align → interlock → lock into position.** Build the robotic structure progressively around the character. The transformation is localized entirely to the character's body. ### ORIGINAL ROBOT DESIGN Create a completely original futuristic humanoid machine. Use: metallic dark crimson armor, matte-black mechanical structures, graphite internal components, carbon-composite inserts, angular technical panel segmentation, fine geometric engravings, micro mechanical details, subtle technical grooves, small restrained internal illumination, realistic metallic roughness and scratches. No logos, symbols, recognizable costumes or franchise-specific design elements. ### VFX TRACKING Treat the transformation like professional **3D match-moving and character tracking composited onto an existing live-action plate**. Every robotic component must remain perfectly registered to the character. When the character moves his arm, the partially assembled robotic arm follows that exact movement. When he walks, the robotic legs inherit the exact original leg movement. When he turns, all CGI geometry follows the original rotation. Maintain correct: 3D tracking, occlusion, perspective, contact shadows, environmental reflections, motion blur, depth of field, lighting interaction. CGI lighting should be derived from **Video 1's existing lighting**. Do NOT modify the footage's lighting to accommodate the CGI.
